Roomframe Support

Email [email protected]. We reply within two working days, usually sooner. Tell us your account email and, if it's about a project, its name. Please don't send passwords or sign-in codes.

Signing in

• Sign-in codes: choose "Email me a code" on the sign-in page. We email a 6-digit code from [email protected]. It works once, for 15 minutes. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam or junk folder, wait a minute, and ask for a new one.
• Google, Microsoft or Apple: use the same email each time, so you land in the same account. With Sign in with Apple's "Hide my email", that's Apple's relay address.
• Password: "Forgot password?" emails a reset link that works once, for 1 hour. Resetting signs out your other devices.
• Still stuck? Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with.

Invites and early access

• Roomframe is invite-only during early access, and free while it lasts. Request access on the home page, and we'll reply within two working days.
• Joining a team: an invite comes by email as a link, valid for 14 days, for that email address only. Open it and sign in with the same email.
• Inviting people: team owners and admins invite from Account, team & billing → Team. An open invite holds a seat.

Teams and roles

• Owner: everything, including billing and deleting the team. A team always keeps at least one owner.
• Admin: invites and removes people, and manages brands, billing and connections.
• Member: works on the team's projects.
• You can be in several teams; switch between them on the account page.

Your data and deleting your account

• Download your data: Account, team & billing → Your profile → "Download my data". Owners and admins can use Team → "Download team data" for a ZIP of every project.
• Delete your account: Account, team & billing → Your profile → "Delete my account", or in the Roomframe Capture app. Owners can use Team → "Delete this team".
• Deleting stops access at once, turns off client links and cancels any subscription. We keep everything for 7 days, so email us within that time if you change your mind. After that it is permanently erased, and your name and email are removed from your teams' projects (your past edits show as "Deleted user"). See the privacy policy.

The iPhone app (Roomframe Capture)

• Roomframe Capture shoots your site visit: guided wall photos, a 360° sweep and, on iPhones with LiDAR (Pro models), a room scan. It needs an iPhone running a recent iOS.
• Sign in with the same account you use on the web. Your captures upload to your team's project in the studio.
• App Store availability: the link will appear here and in the site footer when it's live.

Billing

• Prices are in AUD and include GST. Owners and admins manage the plan in Account, team & billing → Billing. "Invoices, card and cancel" opens your tax invoices, card details and cancellation. Cancelling keeps access to the end of the paid period.
• Early-access teams can subscribe at any time at the founding price (30 % off for life). See pricing and the Terms.

Security

To report a security issue, email [email protected] with "Security" in the subject. Our security.txt has the details. Please give us reasonable time to fix an issue before you disclose it.
