Scan on site
Walk the room once with your phone. Roomframe Capture shoots every wall square-on and logs your laser measurements as you go. On a LiDAR iPhone it scans the room too.

Build the 3D venue
Drop in the floor plan and set the scale with two clicks. The walls go up with your site photos on them. Then add rounds, theatre rows, staging, AV and lighting at real scale.

Share and export
Send your client one link: no app, no login. Export a branded client PDF, a flyover video, or a Vectorworks pack (DXF + IFC) for the drafting team.

Prices in AUD, including GST. Extra users A$39/month each; A$390/year on yearly plans. Roomframe Show add-on A$49/month (Founding 50: A$34.30). We give at least 30 days' notice of price changes.
Founding terms: 30 % off for every free early-access team that subscribes, and for the first 50 other teams that start a paid plan (early-access teams don't count towards the 50). It applies to the plan, extra users and the Show add-on, and stays while your subscription is continuously active, including when you change plans. It ends if the subscription is cancelled or lapses past the grace period. It can't be transferred or combined with other offers. The offer closes when 50 teams have joined, or 30 days after public launch, whichever comes first.

Who is Roomframe for?
Event producers, production and AV managers, planners and venue teams: anyone who has to explain a room to a client, a crew or a drafter before the day.
What do I need on site?
An iPhone. A laser measure helps. If your iPhone has LiDAR (Pro models), Roomframe Capture scans the room for you, but it's optional.
What does my client need?
Just the link. It opens in any modern browser on a phone or a laptop, with no account and no app. Links are view-only, and you can turn one off at any time.
What can I export?
A client PDF with your branding, a flyover video (MP4), a Vectorworks pack (DXF + IFC, in millimetres) and the full project file.

Roomframe is in early access now, free, for a small group of event and production teams. Request access and we'll get back to you within two working days. When you're ready to subscribe, plans start at A$79 a month with a 14-day free trial (see pricing). Early-access teams, and the first 50 other teams to subscribe, get 30 % off for life.
What is the Founding 50?
Every free early-access team that subscribes, and the first 50 other teams to start a paid plan, keep 30 % off for as long as they stay subscribed: Solo A$55.30, Team A$174.30 or Studio A$419.30 a month, and the Show add-on at A$34.30. See the terms under pricing.
Is my venue data private?
Yes. Your jobs stay in your account, and client links show only the job you share. We never use customer venues in our marketing. Read the privacy notice.
